Italian media are reporting that nine time World Champion Valentino Rossi has reportedly suffered a broken leg after an enduro training accident. 

The Italian will have an operation at the Urbino hospital in the South West of Pesaro. It is reportedly the same leg he broke during qualifying for the Italian GP in 2010.

It is looking likely that Rossi will miss the next two rounds, including his home Grand Prix.
