Mercedes has hit the track with its new car, the W09, ahead of the official launch at Silverstone later on Thursday.
Valtteri Bottas was given the privilege of being the first behind the wheel as the world champion's complete a 100km filming day as a shakedown ahead of the first pre-season test in Barcelona, which begins on Monday.
Defending drivers' champion Lewis Hamilton will also get to sample the W09 at the British circuit before the car is officially presented in front of the media.
