Aron Canet topped the time sheets in Moto3 FP1 from championship leader Joan Mir and Niccolo Antonelli.

Enea Bastianini, who has finally started to get to grips with his Estrella Galicia 0,0 machine finished 0.292 seconds behind in fourth, with Jorge Martin - who is still riding with his injury, completing the top five. Mir's closest championship rival Romano Fenati finished the session in ninth, with some of the highest performing riders this season closing the session much lower down the order.

Philipp Oetll, who has been a front runner for many races this year, only managed a fastest lap of 2:01.390 putting him in 24th place behind Jaume Masia, who was so impressive as a wildcard he's been drafted into the Platinum Bay Real Estate team while Darryn Binder recovers from injury.
