Following today’s Sprint Race at Circuit de Catalunya, it was found that Nyck De Vries was too optimistic in trying to overtake Antonio Fuoco. The Rapax driver dived into Turn 7, hit the kerb thus losing control of the car and colliding with the Italian’s machine.

As a consequence, De Vries was handed a drop of 3 grid positions for Round 3 Feature Race.
