The calendar for the fourth season of the ADAC Formula 4 has now been finalised. Seven meetings, featuring 21 races in all, will be staged under the banner of the ADAC GT Masters and the DTM. The juniors will race five times within the context of the ADAC GT Masters and twice as part of the DTM.

The season will kick off on the weekend of 13th – 15th April at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben where official pre-season testing will also take place from 26th – 28th March. Once again in 2018, SPORT1 free-to-air TV station will broadcast all ADAC Formula 4 races on television.

After the start of the season in Oschersleben, the ADAC high-speed academy will head to the Hockenheimring for the opening round of the DTM season (4th – 6th May) and then to the Lausitzring (18th – 20th May) where they will again race alongside the DTM.

This will be followed by the meeting in Austria from 8th – 10th June at the Red Bull Ring. Races 13, 14 and 15 will take place at the Nürburgring from 3rd – 5th August on the first weekend in August.

The penultimate meeting of the season will be staged at the Sachsenring (7th – 9th September) before drivers and teams head off to the Hockenheimring for the traditional grand finale (21st – 23rd September) where the successor to last season’s ADAC Formula 4 championship winner, Juri Vips (17, Estonia, Prema Powerteam), will be crowned.
