Romain Grosjean's constant criticism of his Haas car is "getting old", team boss Guenther Steiner says.
The Frenchman is well-known for voicing his frustration over the radio, and last weekend in Sochi said he was "fed up", adding there was "nothing I can do with this car".
This comes as speculation over the future of both Haas drivers in uncertain, with Ferrari junior Callum Ilott and Sergio Perez the two names emerging as favourites to join the American squad for 2021.
And responding to Grosjean's comments in Sochi, Steiner appeared more than a little fed up himself at Haas' longest-serving driver.
"He tries to be nice to me, giving me less work, so he broadcasts it directly, so maybe that will help with the driver choice if he tries to help me," he claimed.

"But it is just getting old after a while because we know what is wrong.
"I am always very honest with you guys what is happening. We are not happy and we are not trying to hide anything.
"It is just like there is a way to do things and if he thinks they are the right things then that is what he should be doing."
As it is, this season Haas has scored just one point via Kevin Magnussen in Hungary and has decided not to bring any updates to its 2020 car due to the impact of Covid-19.
And with the new technical regulations coming for 2022, Steiner explains next year will be sacrificed too.
“We have got to decide: Do a programme which will last for at least five years or a programme which is a maximum of one year, where do you put your investment? You put it in the five years and that is what we are going to do," he was quoted by RaceFans.
“For sure we need to do something for next year but it won’t be something spectacular because we just haven’t got the resources of the big teams which can do a ’22 car and a ’21 car.”
