Race 1 starts with Igor Fraga (DR Formula RP Motorsport) in first position, while Vesti (Prema Powerteam) loses his position on his teammate Caldwell at the very beginning, but he doesn’t let the first two run away.
In the central positions Schumacher (US Racing), attacked from Blomqvist (Kic Motorsport), finds himself with the four wheels out of track, and lets the other drivers overtake him, but then he gains back his position on Blomqvist, and closes the race behind Sophia Floersch (Van Amersfoort Racing).
Fraga gains meters, but the retirement of Marcos Siebert (US Racing) after a spin that sent his vehicle into the gravel, requires the safety car entrance when there are 18 minutes left to the end of the race.
The drivers are grouped and, when the race re-starts, Vesti is under attack by Guzman (DR Formula RP Motorsport) and Fittipaldi (Prema Powerteam). The Brazilian makes the smartest move and overtakes both externally.
Vesti gets the third place back in the last lap when Fittipaldi tries to overtake Olli Caldwell, again from the outside, but this time without success. Final podium then with Fraga, first from the beginning to the end, even though always under pressure, Caldwell very careful in protecting his position, and Vesti, with his characteristic clean drive.
Fittipaldi is fourth, behind him Guzman, then Matteo Nannini (Corbetta Racing Srl) in sixth position
