Red Bull boss Christian Horner has ruled out any possibility of replacing Chase Carey as Formula 1 CEO from 2020.
In recent weeks, speculation linking Mercedes boss Toto Wolff has been swirling, with even Lewis Hamilton initially against the idea before later supporting the idea.
Horner is another F1 figure often linked to a role in managing the sport itself in the future, but he has voiced his desire to continue in his current position.
"I enjoy racing. My commitment is with Red Bull," he was quoted by GPFans during the British GP weekend.
"There is a lot more I want to achieve from a competitive position and my objective is to get Red Bull back into a consistent winning position, challenging for championships.
"I am not aware that Chase is about to step down imminently. There is a lot of speculation but I think it is exactly that.
"As far as I am concerned I am very happy doing what I am doing and my focus and commitment is very much on getting Red Bull back into a competitive, consistently winning situation."

Carey is believed to be leaving at the end of next year after taking over from Bernie Ecclestone after the Liberty Media buyout and has overseen the talks regarding 2021.
While some have questioned the motives of the American, Horner praised the work he has done.
"It's Liberty's business at the end of the day. Whoever they chose to run it for them is their choice, it's not down to the teams, it's their business, it's their investment," he noted.
"I think that Chase is doing a great job. I think he's learned quickly about Formula 1.
"If you look at the actual show now, the crowd sizes, the attendance, everything that's going on around the sport, there's a lot of great things happening."
