Kas Haverkort leads collective test two at Zandvoort

Van Amersfoort Racing’s Kas Haverkort set the pace in an excited second test session at Zandvoort.

The home driver had just set the fastest time, two tenth of a second ahead of R-ace GP’s Hadrien David, who showed a very good pace on the Dutch track, preceding MP Motorsport’s Michael Belov, who finished third. 

Paul Aron, who was the fastest this morning, was fourth for Prema Racing, 0.207s away from Belov and 0.023s clear of the rookie Tim Tramnitz (Trident Motorsport) and his teammate Leonardo Fornaroli.

Colombian Sebastian Montoya (Prema Racing) secured the seventh quickest time, Noel Leon was 0.005s further back for Arden Motorsport and 0.007s clear of ART Grand Prix’s Laurens Van Hoepen, with FA Racing’s Esteban Masson completing the top 10. 

The first Dutch qualifying session will go green at 09.00am tomorrow ahead of a 12.40pm start for the ninth race of the season.
