Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) took to the top in FP2 as conditions improved and the track dried out. Jonas Folger (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) had a fantastic outing to end the session in second, shaving almost ten seconds off his time this morning. Danilo Petrucci (OCTO Pramac Racing) took his Ducati to third place.

Honda were off the expected pace considering they came into Brno with a huge advantage. Dani Pedrosa ended the session in seventh and Marc Marquez in in tenth. The Movistar Yamaha duo of Maverick Viñales and Valentino Rossi clearly struggled too, finishing in eleventh and fourteenth.

It was really Ducati who stole the show, as they revealed their new aero fairing, which was used by Jorge Lorenzo. It didn’t do much for his times, as he still ended the session in fifteenth. A picture of the questionable looking fairing can be found on Ducati Motor’s Twitter.
