Oliver Rowland took victory in the fifth round of the Formula E Race At Home Challenge at Berlin after a frantic 15 lap battle with Stoffel Vandoorne and Daniel Abt.

The Nissan driver qualified in third place and sat behind Vandoorne and Abt in the early stages of the race, but as the two in front of him fight, he took advantage at the Hairpin of Turn 6 as Abt and Vandoorne collided which allowed Rowland to sweep past.

Vandoorne and Rowland then drove away from Daniel Abt and got into an intense battle in the final few laps, but Rowland managed to hang on ahead Vandoorne to take the victory.

Abt finished the race in third and was the big surprise of the weekend, as he qualified in second, which was the best performance from the German driver so far in the Race At Home series.

Pascal Wehrlein finished the race in fourth, but he was involved in a collision with Maxilimilan Gunther at the Turn 9 hairpin, which sent Gunther into a spin.

Edorado Mortara finished the race in fifth ahead of Dragon’s Nico Muller. Gunther recovered to seventh and Andre Lotterer finished in eighth place.

Antonio Felix Da Costa finished in ninth and Mitch Evans finished in the last points-scoring position in tenth.
