Antonio Felix Da Costa has clinched the season six Formula E Championship after coming home in second place in the fourth of six Berlin E-Prix's.

Jean-Eric Vergne won the race after Techeetah used team order to help both him and Da Costa save energy in the fight against the Nissan pair of Oliver Rowland and Sebastien Buemi. With Da Costa and Vergne clinching a one-two finish, Techeetah also secured the Teams' championship with two races to go.

Sebastien Buemi came home in third for Nissan after the team used team orders to switch Buemi and Rowland around because Buemi had slightly more energy to attack Da Costa.

However, after the switch, Buemi went deep into Turn 6 and lost a crucial amount of time to Da Costa, which he couldn't catch up and finished in third. Olliver Rowland lost out to Nyck De Vries in the final lap, which was caused by Buemi running wide at Turn 6 which allowed De Vriewa to catch up and attack the British driver.

De Vries managed to pass Rowland on the last lap at Turn 6 to come home fourth with Rowland finishing in fifth.

The Nissan drivers looked like they could spoil Techeetah's day, as they tried to undercut Vergne and Da Costa with the use of Attack Mode, but the Nissan pair failed to do complete the undercut and had to settle for third and fifth.

Lucas Di Grassi had a solid race for Audi to come home in sixth place. Mitch Evans came home in seventh for Jaguar with Andre Lotterer coming home in eighth for Porsche.

Alex Lynn scored two points for Mahindra in ninth and Felipe Massa finished in tenth for Venturi.

Maximilian Gunther was the only driver not to finish the race after he crashed into Oliver Turvey on lap one, and Robin Frijns did not start the race due to a technical problem.
