Toyota Gazoo Racing topped the timesheets during this afternoon’s free practice session as 62 cars took to the Le Mans track in preparation for the 2018-2019 World Endurance Championship Super Finale.
In the first of the three qualifying sessions ahead of the 87th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the no7 Toyota Gazoo Racing TS050 Hybrid was on provisional pole position at the end of the 2 hour session in the dark.
McLaren is actively considering a bid to complete their own triple crown with Fernando Alonso by entering the Le Mans 24 Hours.
