W Series has announced the schedule for its upcoming eSports League, with the competition set to begin on June 11.

The series has announced dates for all 10 rounds, with it set to be completed on August 13.

The league was announced earlier this month and will see 21 drivers compete, with all 18 of the current field incuding reigning champion Jamie Chadwick involved.

Each race will be broadcast on Twitch, YouTube and Facebook, with the races taking place every Thursday at 19:00 BST.

The league will begin on June 11 at Monza, before travelling to the Circuit of the Americas.

From then they will race at Brands Hatch, Interlagos, Spa-Francorchamps, Watkins Glen, Suzuka, Mount Panorama and the Nurburgring, before finishing at Silverstone.

A statement on the website read: “Brand-new for 2020, the W Series Esports League aims to raise female participation in esports and inspire a new generation of gamers and sim racers.

“Unlike many other sim racing initiatives, the W Series Esports League will be contested by women only, with W Series drivers from past and present seasons taking part.

“Working closely with Logitech G, Beyond Entertainment and iRacing, W Series will stage W Series Esports League races on 10 circuits, and up to three races will be run at each of the circuits.”
