Alfa Romeo team manager Beat Zehnder has heralded Kimi Raikkonen for his approach to racing.
The 2007 world champion has been a happier version of his ever consistent self as he enjoys simply focusing on trying to move the Swiss outfit up the grid.
Three top 10’s in the first three races remarkably sees Raikkonen as the lead midfield runner in the Drivers’ standings with his latest a comeback to ninth in Shanghai.
“Kimi is leading the B-League!” Zehnder declared speaking to Blick. “It’s simply a pleasure to work with Kimi, he gives everything every time.”

With the results of the leading midfield contenders also varying wildly each weekend, Raikkonen’s tallying up of points sees Alfa sit joint fourth in the Constructors’ Championship.
“Not much will change until 2021,” team boss Fred Vasseur noted. “We can only try to hold our own in midfield.
“Our goal remains sixth in the championship rankings.”
