Alex Albon is under investigation for his team drying his grid slot before the start of the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The Thai started 13th after a miserable qualifying on Saturday and would come through to finish fifth at the Hungaroring, passing Sebastian Vettel late on.
But, after a heavy rain shower had soaked the track pre-race, FIA technical delegate Jo Bauer reported Red Bull as trying to gain a significant advantage for their driver.
"The Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team artificially dried the gridbox of car number 23 by using the engine cooling air of their leaf blowers when using these to cool the car engine," he said in a statement.

"As this is in contradiction to the Race Directors Notes, Document 35, published on 19 July 2020 at 13:56hrs, I am referring this matter to the Stewards for their consideration."
As it is, any advantage Albon did have, he failed to capitalize on, only improving to 11th on the opening lap before steadily working through the field.
But it was an eventful grid for both Red Bulls, as Max Verstappen's mechanics frantically repaired damage to the Dutchman's front-left suspension after he went off into the barrier on the lap out of the garage.
The team would have the work complete just in the nick of time, however, with Max repaying them for their hard work by jumping up from seventh to second, between the two Mercedes.
