Mercedes has had to replace six staff on-site at the Eifel Grand Prix after confirming a second Covid-19 case on Friday.
The championship leaders revealed a first positive test for an employee on Thursday, triggering checks for the entire team who travelled to the Nurburgring.
Now a second infection has been found with one more test coming back inconclusive, while an additional four employees are now in isolation and will not be allowed back at the circuit this weekend, per the FIA protocols.

The identities of those six team members will not be publicised, but substitute staff are now understood to be in Germany to fill in and ensure operations continue as smoothly as possible.
Full testing figures for all those at the Eifel GP are expected to released later on Friday, this after F1 recorded a high of 10 at the Russian GP two weeks ago, though none were associated with the F1 teams themselves.
