Marc Marquez has stunning speed at MotorLand Aragon, proven with pole there six out of last seven races at the venue, and will be pushing hard to add another win to his already brimming trophy cabinet this weekend.

Now equal on points with Andrea Dovizioso at the top of the table after his win at Misano, everything is quite literally in the balance -  but the number 93 knows he'll have some incredible home support, with his home town of Cervera not so far from the track.

echnical and challenging, MotorLand is one of Marquez' favourites on the calendar: sometimes there really is no place like home.

"This Championship is amazing, so close! At Misano we returned to the top of the Championship, equal on points with Dovi, and our other title rivals aren’t far away at all." Said the Spaniard

"The last five races will be very intense and hard-fought; we must keep working hard. I’m happy to go to Aragón this weekend."

"This is one of my favourite tracks on the calendar, and we’ll try to give 100% in front of our home fans and fight for the victory like we did at Misano. We’ll push from FP1 until the last lap of the race!"

Nine-time World Champion heads out on track for a trial run - and will decide on Wednesday whether to attempt riding at Aragon.

Since an accident in training on 31st August, Rossi has been working hard on recovering from the double fracture in his right leg as soon as possible.

On Tuesday, the nine-time World Champion put his fitness level to the test and successfully completed a few laps of Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli on a YZF-R1M - before rain disrupted the trial run.

As the riding session was cut short due to the rain, the evaluation of the 'Doctor''s physical condition was inconclusive.

The Yamaha rider will therefore decide by the end of Wednesday, 20th September, whether he will attempt to take part in the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragón.

Johann Zarco crossed the line in P15 for a single point at Misano, but there was much more to the story than that. Running out of fuel on the final lap.

The rookie managed to just about keep the bike going to the final corner - and then was forced to push. Pushed down from P7 as others shot past, the Tech 3 rider nevertheless made it to the line.

Now it's MotorLand Aragon and the Frenchman is sure of a good result and good pace, aiming to be in the top five or maybe even fight for the podium around the stunning Spanish venue.

“Aragon is up next and I am motivated about achieving a great result there." Commented Zarco "I would like to finish inside the top five and possibly fight for the podium, even if it will be tricky because many riders are fast at this track."

"As for me, I will remember the work that we did in Misano, which was positive, and the team and I improved a lot. We were unlucky on Sunday, but I will keep this unfortunate moment with me and then I want to delete it in Aragon by getting a very strong result."

"In addition, I’m sure that we can score a lot of points for the championship which will leave me fully prepared for the three overseas races in October." He added
